TANGO says ‘Thank You!’

The Board, Management and Staff of TANGO notes with appreciation and gratitude the support and encouragement it has received on the occasion of the maiden NGO Week from 11 – 17 February 2012. The event did not only serve to raise the profile and image of TANGO and its members as well as the wider NGO community, but also engineered closer and stronger partnership and appreciation among NGOs as well as with the Government, development partners, private sector enterprises and communities and individuals. It has been quite an enriching and fulfilling week that has left TANGO in an even stronger status than ever before.
TANGO wishes to assure all its members, partners, supporters and more especially the beneficiaries of our development interventions that the NGO Community shall continue to position itself even better in order to serve the Gambian people more. TANGO will certainly continue to support the national development objectives of the Gambia as stipulated in PAGE and Vision 2020 among other sectoral policies and plans.
